Setup User Feed

1. Go to Omnia Admin > Features.
2. Activate the tenant scoped feature “Omnia User Feed”.
3. The user feed block will now be available.
4. If you need to deploy a legacy web part for the user feed block, activate the site collection feature “Omnia User Feed Web Part”.
